A majority of the rest of my meals are at-home meal preps & / or protein powders / shakes, & I have two cheat days a week. Some of my main goals include more muscle definition in my overall physique & - like any & every other girl - glute-specific growth.

Physical education with Camille: One of my favorite protein powders / shakes is Ghost "Cereal Milk". Like with all of my other protein powders, I mix it with milk because I think that it tastes better than when it's mixed with water, like how other people do. Protein powder isn't recommended for everyone. It's only for active adults who are looking to increase muscle mass & for endurance athletes who work out multiple times a day. You don't need it every day either, most especially if you're not an athlete because ultimately, getting protein from your food is best.
