Congratulations to the Warriors on their championship, & most especially KD for winning a ring that he deserved & the NBA Finals MVP title. I definitely enjoyed watching the play-offs, especially this series, at the sports bar with my boys. The boys pulled an all nighter on the day of the parade, & I took a nap. We left San Jose for the Fremont bart station at 4 in the morning. When we got to the bart station, this Asian lady & her son got there at the same time as us, she parked near us, & we had a conversation with her because she was walking behind us. We got to Oakland at around 6 am, & by 7 am, we were already fuckin' faded off both drinks & drugs, but who wasn't? The parade didn't start until 10 am, so we killed time by being tourists. The boys were trippin' hella hard because they were on acid, too, & Mylles said that he was seeing hella colors dancing all around me, & that it was hella cute to him, lol. By the time 10 am rolled through, we headed back to the area where the parade was starting, so that when everyone & everything passes by, we can just dip versus being near Lake Merritt & having to wait because we knew that the bart station was gonna be hella crowded. The parade was so dope. I got to see all of the players, especially my favorite players, Dray & Shaun. Steph came out with Ayesha & their kids, & he was pouring champagne on everyone, & Dray even got off of the double-decker bus, & he was shaking hands with hella fans. KD came out with his mom, & I was just so happy for him. The parade must've been such an experience for him, & I love the support that his mom has for him. She's so down. It was hella funny because Mylles hella wanted to see Ian Clark, too, & Johnny was hella in a rush to leave. He was like, "Dude. He was there. You just didn't see him. Come on. We have to go," & it was hella funny because Ian Clark didn't even come out yet, lmfaooo. I was hella sad, too, because I wanted to see Steve Kerr, & I didn't get to see him. Anyway, we grabbed some pizza afterwards. On me. <3 & When we got back to the Fremont bart station, that same Asian lady & her son were behind us & walking to their car again. What are the odds? She gave us hella free posters, too. We drove back to San Jose, & we all slept at Johnny's house until sunset. I know what most of you guys are thinking while looking at these pictures: where the fuck is my Warriors gear? Well, I don't have any Warriors gear except for the free shirts that you get when you go to their games, but I use them as work-out shirts, & truthfully, I like the Warriors, but they aren't my favorite basketball team. I've been a Lakers fan from '09 forward, but since my team didn't even make it into the play-offs & obviously the finals, I had to root for the Warriors, especially against the Cavs, who I hate, especially Lebron & Kyrie. I won't deny their greatness, but I definitely hate them both, & I hate everyone else on the Cavs, too, except for J.R. Smith. At least I didn't go to the parade wearing a Cavs, specifically Lebron, jersey, which yes, someone actually had the balls to do & wear. Everyone boo'd him wherever he walked, & he even made it on Bleacher Report's instagram, & he went viral, lol. That was my first Warriors parade, & it was such a fun & dope experience. Now, I'm gonna be hella bored until the fall because it's the NBA's off season. See you basketball babes in October. <3
